Where to Eat After Pinnacles National Park: Fish Gaucho in Paso Robles

After hiking Pinnacles National Park, my boyfriend and I needed to eat. To help with the hunger we built up from the hike, we headed to Fish Gaucho in Paso Robles for a well-earned meal. Here’s why it was worth the stop.
