Bacari W. 3rd’s New Limited Menu Highlights Korean Inspired Ingredients

As routine and ordinary as some of the current days may be, a delightful break in it all can come in the form of food. No, not the ice cream you found in the back of the freezer, put it back, step away slowly, and leave it alone. Instead of going down that dark road, hop in the car and take a drive to Bacari W. 3rd. The restaurant that pulls in guests over their vibrant Mediterranean inspired small plates, has added a limited menu to equally pique their interests. And to justify getting people away from the ice cream at the back of their fridge – speaking from personal experience – is as good of a reason as any other.

Partnering with the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation (aT Center LA), Bacari’s limited menu takes beloved Korean ingredients like kimchi and yuzu and centralizes them in surprisingly simple dishes. A Kimchi Pasta, Korean Pear SaladKorean Pear Pizza, and their Korean Spicy Garlic Wings (Wings with Seoul) make up the menu that not only looks beautiful, but tastes delicious at the same time. The thin pizza with arugula and fine slices of pear and the kimchi pasta with the perfectly shaped yolk are a great reason to get out of the freezer and to enjoy something exciting. Unique flavor components with creative plating have come together make this menu and one which should be explored.
